Free Cancellation

• You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before your scheduled arrival.

Late Cancellation

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before your arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation value.

No-Show

• If you do not arrive on the day of your reservation and do not inform us in advance, the full booking amount may be charged.

2. Group Bookings

For bookings of 3 or more rooms, the following terms apply:

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
  
  

• 50% cancellation fee if cancelled 7–13 days before arrival
  
  

• 100% fee for cancellations less than 7 days before arrival or no-show

3. How to Cancel

4. Refunds

Some promotional or discounted rates may be non-refundable. In such cases, the cancellation terms will be clearly stated at the time of booking and override this general policy.
